Andrew Domingues Frade is a director, writer, playwright, and general film professional. Andrew received a Bachelors in Fine Arts from the Ontario College of Art & Design University in Toronto. He studied film production and worked in the film industry as a camera operator, assistant director, and editor. Andrew is a member of the Playwrights Guild of Canada (PGC). He has written and directed the plays The Stain and Apostles' Creed. Both of which made their premieres at the Toronto Fringe Festival in 2012 and 2013.

In 2014, he has completed writing the book for a new musical entitled Joshua's Bar Mitzvah. Most recently, he wrote and is directing his movie WASHUP with a talented Canadian cast and crew.


PACTFilm Instructor

Andrew Domingues Frade will continue being an Instructor at PACTFilm from September 2014 - June 2015.

PACTFilm is a youth program that provides creative instruction by experienced local film professionals to at-risk and inner-city youth.
